We offer a shuttle service for patients traveling from distant locations with prior reservation.

Regarding Reservation Cancellations
Please notify us in advance for cancellations after booking.
No-shows may result in future reservations being declined.
Cancellations made immediately before the dialysis date (within 3 days) may incur a cancellation fee.

Please arrive at the clinic before your scheduled dialysis start time. Change into comfortable slippers and proceed to the 2nd floor reception desk

Please provide your name and whether you have a companion at reception, then pay the dialysis fee (medical expense). For Travel Dialysis (Domestic) Patients Please present your health insurance card and specific disease treatment certificate. For Travel Dialysis (Overseas) Patients Dialysis Fee: ¥55,000 (tax included)

Change into the clothing you brought that is easy for treatment. You may also undergo treatment without changing clothes.

Measure your weight and body fluid volume.

Measure blood pressure and check physical condition before starting treatment. *A physician's examination is also possible if necessary.

Insert two needles to begin dialysis treatment (Average dialysis time: 4 hours)

After dialysis ends, return the blood to your body Once blood is returned, remove the needles and confirm hemostasis

Measure post-treatment weight and body fluid volume

Change clothes, settle your bill, and return home.
